Bookmaker William Hill PLC (LON:WMH) has its target lowered by City broker Canaccord, which sees "no catalysts" for outperformance in the short term.
Revenues at the bookie fell by 3% in the first quarter, where Ladbrokes (LON:LAD) had been up by 10.6% in the same period, dragged back, unsurprisingly, by a weak performance in the online business, said analyst Simon Davies.
"This was definitely a case of no news being good news, and management's guidance on FY16 profits - in the range of £260m to £280m - remains firmly unchanged.
Canaccord sees no likely change in consensus forecasts but there are still lingering concerns that the weak performance in online relates to the strategic shift to in-house more of its technology, it notes interestingly.
The broker lowers the target price to 340p from 365p and repeats a 'hold' stance.
Meanwhile, the liquefied petroelum gas (LPG) market represents an exciting growth area for business services and distribution firm DCC Plc (LON:DCC), reckons German bank Berenberg.
It repeats a 'buy' on the shares and pushes up the target price to 7,250p from 6,500p.
"DCC is at the beginning of its development in LPG," notes analyst Josh Puddle, who adds that distribution of the fuel is now the group's largest profit contributor - at 35% of EBITA (earnings before interest, tax and amortisation).
Berenberg notes the uptick in potential M&A and says the low oil price has increased pressure on majors to adjust their portfolios.
"We estimate that the oil majors have committed to c$90bn of disposals over the next few years, significantly raising DCC’s prospects of future energy deals."
Berenberg reckons DCC could release £2bn over the next five years and remain within its internal leverage target of net debt to EBITDA multiple of two times.
Elsewhere, Jefferies looks at global pharma stocks and reiterates a 'hold' on giant AstraZeneca (LON:AZN) and lowers the price target to 3900p from 4200p. It also repeats a 'hold' on GlaxoSmithKline (LON:GSK) and drifts the target down slightly to 1500p from 1550p.
Burberry Group PLC (LON:BRBY), the handbag and coat seller, has its target clipped by JP Morgan Cazenove to 1330p from 1360p previously. The rating is a repeated 'neutral'.
Mobile phone and coms giant Nokia comes under the spotlight of Swiss broker UBS who repeats a 'buy' but lowers the target to €6.6 from €7.2 following the group's "solid" quarterly results.
