Mariana Resources said as a step in the ongoing process of streamlining the company's management and operational requirements, executive director Grahame Hamilton has resigned with effect from November 28 2008. He is also resigning from the company’s subsidiary Mariana Exploration Pty Ltd.
Also resigning as of the same date is non-executive director Roger Thomson.
Mariana Resources’ now consists of executive chairman John Horsburgh, managing director John Sutcliffe and non-executive director Raymond Angus.
