OneSavings Bank PLC’s (LON:OSB) merger with Charter Court (LON:CCFS) has got the greenlight as the competition authorities raised no objection.
Shareholders in OSB ended up with 55% of the enlarged company following the all-share £1.6bn merger.
OSB chief executive Andy Golding is also the boss of the merged company with Charter Court's Malcolm Williamson the chairman.
Shareholders approved the merger on 6 June.
