Nextleaf owns 3 issued and 24 pending patents regarding its cannabinoid distillate production and was the first company to receive a US patent for industrial scale extraction and purification.
Its share price rose 1.2% to C$0.43 in Toronto and 4% to US$0.34 on OTC Markets on Monday.
