The launch into Africa marks another important landmark for Nektan's fast-expanding and higher margin business-to-business (B2B) division, the company said.

The latest deals were part of the B2B division’s “extensive pipeline” of work, it added.

Founder Gary Shaw said: "Africa is an emerging market that is rich with possibilities and presents us with opportunities to build our international expansion.

“As we continue to grow Nektan's B2B software division, deals such as this highlight how our proprietary technology is fit for purpose in emerging markets all over the world."
