Seeing Machines Limited (LON:SEE) has completed the overhaul of its board with the appointment of Kate Hill as its new chair on a permanent basis.
Former chairman Jack Boyer, meanwhile, has now stepped down as a non-exec due to commitments elsewhere.
Since the start of July, the driverless technology and fatigue recognition group has appointed a new chief executive, chair and chief financial officer.
Hill said: “I am very excited about our future here and look forward to working closely with Paul McGlone and the management team to leverage the tremendous opportunities across our transport sectors as driver monitoring technology continues to influence the safety agenda globally."
