Legal and professional services firm Knights Group Holdings Plc (LON:KGH) released maiden financial results since its listing on AIM, in June 2018, showing a 51% increase in revenue, including 15% organic growth.
Revenue was marked at £52.7mln for the twelve months ended 30 April 2019, while underlying earnings (EBITDA) similarly indicated a 51% improvement on the prior period, at £11.3mln for the year.

The company highlighted “exceptionally strong cash conversion”, proposed a final dividend of 1.27p - taking the total annual payout to 1.87p - and it noted that at £14.1mln net debt was some £3.7mln lower than expected – the figure a year previously stood at £26.3mln.
In terms of its outlook, Knights highlighted that it has made a good start to the financial year, in line with expectations and it is confident it can deliver further progress.
"I am delighted to report our first set of full year results as a listed business, in which we have delivered cash generative, profitable growth,” said David Beech, Knights chief executive.
“Our strong organic growth, combined with four high quality acquisitions during the year, means we are now a more diversified business with strengthened positions in our key target markets.
Beech added: "The group has made a good start to the financial year and we have the team and financial resources in place to deliver our organic and acquisitive growth strategy as we scale up to be the leading legal and professional services business outside London.”
