Corero Network Security wins orders worth US$1mln

SmartWall's real-time DDoS protection is critical for delivering latency sensitive cloud hosting services

Corero Network Security PLC (LON:CNS), the network security company, has bagged new orders worth US$1mln.

Corero said the orders, comprising two new contracts plus two contract renewals, are for the company's SmartWall DDoS (distributed denial of service) protection products.

"These significant customer orders further demonstrate the continued demand for our SmartWall products,” said Ashley Stephenson, the chief executive officer of Corero.

"We are pleased to support these customers as they increase the security and scale of their networks to deliver the services that power their respective businesses," he added.
