There have also been changes to the COO and company secretary roles

Seeing Machines Limited (LON:SEE) has reshuffled its leadership team and appointed the general manager of its fleet division as its permanent chief executive.

Paul McGlone had been appointed as interim CEO of the driver monitoring tech firm back in June, however, on Thursday the group said he would now take up the position permanently with immediate effect.

Seeing Machines also said Luke Oxenham, the chief financial officer, would step down from his position and leave at the end of July.

He will be replaced by Michael Cameron, an interim CFO specialist who was recently engaged with KPMG's CFO Advisory Services, while a permanent replacement was found.

Meanwhile, Mike Lenné would succeed McGlone as GM of the fleet division and Ryan Murphy, the Company secretary and chief operating officer, would relinquish the former role in order to focus on the latter.

Susan Dalliston, Seeing Machines' general counsel, would assume the company secretary role with immediate effect.

Kate Hill, the company’s interim chair, said during his time at Seeing Machines McGlone had “clearly demonstrated the qualities required to steer the Company successfully through the next, highly promising phase of its growth” and that the executive changes were “critical” in allowing the firm to deliver its reset strategy.

In mid-morning trading on Thursday, Seeing Machines shares were 2.3% lower at 3p.
