Galantas Gold Corporation (LON:GAL, CVE:GAL) said all resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting, including the election of David Cather as a non-executive director.

The dual-listed gold mine developer said Cather is an experienced mining engineer with more than 30 years of mining experience, having held chief executive roles in Avocet Mining and the Abu Dhabi Capital Group’s mining division.

He is currently a non-executive director of Gengro Industries, a Canadian company with a phostphate operating business in Brazil.
