Access Intelligence Group PLC (LON:ACC) said its revenues rose 42% year-on-year in the first-half, buoyed by a 25% increase in the average contract size.

The group, which specialises in cloud-based communications and reputation management software, said growth had been driven by new business secured for its Vuelio monitoring and intelligence platform.

This was supplemented by “upselling” services from newly-acquired ResponseSource business, the journalist enquiry platform, to Vuelio's existing clients.

Sales for the six months to May 31 were £6.2mln, while the average contract grew to £450,000 from £360,000 in the last year.

Access’ customers include Whitbread, Vision Express and the Financial Times.

"In a highly competitive and ever-changing market, we provide our customers with the insight they need to stay ahead. We have secured our position as a market leading partner to the industry and I am delighted with the results seen so far this year,” said chief executive Joanna Arnold.

“For the second half of this year, our commitment remains to innovate and deliver exceptional products and service to our clients."
