Venture Minerals welcomes prominent German institutional resources investor Delphi

Heidelberg-based Delphi has also been active in other Australian resource investments in the past 12 months.

Venture Minerals Ltd (ASX:VMS) has welcomed prominent German institutional investor Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG to the company.

Delphi recently participated in the company's placement and acquired shares of former substantial shareholder Molton Holdings Limited.

The German investor now has a 6.25% stake with a total of more than 40.7 million shares puchased last month.

Exploring various prospects in Western Australia

Delphi is a private company based in Heidelberg, Germany, whose primary business objective is to invest its own funds in a portfolio of companies, primarily in the resources sector.

The investor has acquired interests in a number of Australian resources companies in the last 12 months.

Venture Minerals is undertaking a review of the Riley DSO Iron Ore Project in northwest Tasmania, for a potential restart after being on care and maintenance since 2014.

An underground scoping study for the Mount Lindsay Tin-Tungsten Project, also in northwest Tasmania, is close to completion.

At the Thor VMS prospect in WA recent drilling intersected further massive sulphides with copper and zinc mineralisation.
