Corero Network Security PLC (LON:CNS) has appointed tech industry veteran Michael Connolly as its US-based Vice President Worldwide Sales.
The group pointed out that Connolly has over 25 years' experience in the technology industry with significant expertise in leading global sales functions.

It said his formative years were at Dell EMC in the US where he spent 12 years helping build the data-storage leader's presence in a number of key US geographic markets.
Most recently, the firm pointed out, Connolly was Vice President Global Sales for Devo (formally Logtrust), a leading data operations and analytics platform for digital enterprise.
More recently he held senior sales roles at Infoblox, a leading network services company; Acopia Networks, a leader in application delivery networking which was acquired by F5 Networks; GridIron Systems, a data acceleration company which was acquired by Violin Memory; Cisco, the worldwide leader in IT and networking; and Intralinks, a leading fintech platform for secure document sharing and collaboration, it added.
