BATM Advanced Communications Ltd (LON:BVC) has entered into a new strategic technology partnership with Clavister, a cybersecurity specialist.
Telco Systems, the software development and design business with BATM’s Networking & Cyber division, will work with Clavister to run a virtualised platform.
The platform will be optimised for Arm-based infrastructure on the NFVTime solution.
BATM highlighted that it is the latest milestone under its agreement with Arm, to develop a full ecosystem of virtual network function services optimized for its architecture.
It also expands the target market for NFVTime to industrial internet-of-things and automotive computing, the company noted.
"This partnership enriches our telecoms network virtualisation offering with the addition of Clavister's high-performance cybersecurity solutions,” said Dr Zvi Marom, BATM chief executive.
He added: “We look forward to working with Clavister and Arm on this joint offering and to continuing to expand our broad portfolio of VNFs available on our NFVTime solution."
