The MjMicro Conference, a New York cannabis investor forum hosted by Social Life Network (OTCMKTS:WDLF) subsidiary MjLink.com, has announced its roster of industry speakers.
The June 25th event is scheduled to kick off at the Westin Grand Central hotel with keynote presentations from Canopy Growth Corp (NYSE:CGC) (TSE:WEED), Viridian Capital Advisors, Acreage Holdings (CSE:ACRG.U) (OTCMKTS:ACRGF) and Sadis Goldberg.

Canopy Vice President of US Strategies Andy Lytwynec is scheduled to lead off the conference with a fireside chat. Lytwynec joined the company from alcohol producer Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ), where he oversaw the company’s progression into the cannabis sector which culminated with an investment in Canopy.
Viridian CEO Scott Greiper will discuss his company’s Cannabis Deal Tracker, which monitors capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs in the sector. Greiper founded the first investment bank in the industry.
Acreage EVP of Corporate Development Tyson McDonald will hold a second fireside chat about the company’s capital raises, growth and ultimate acquisition by Canopy over the past 18 months.
To end the morning, Sadis Goldberg founding partner Ron Geffner will offer an overview of the legal landscape around the cannabis industry. Geffner is a former SEC prosecutor and his firm was named Best Global Law Firm at the 2019 Hedgeweek Awards.
"MjMicro will kick off with very intentional and specific sessions prior to the core corporate presentations from 21 exciting publicly traded opportunities," MjLink.com COO George Jage said. "When designing a well-run conference, it is key to include content that creates excitement, provides clarity and validates the growth potential of the cannabis industry."
MjLink.com parent company Social Life Network saw its shares slip 8.3% Tuesday to $0.11.
