Two of the co-founders of (), Rupert Williams and Jeremy Woodgate, will step down from the board with immediate effect to focus on other projects.
The blockchain and crypto investment firm said both Williams and Woodgate would remain with the company as consultants.
George McDonaugh, KR1’s chief executive, said that the company was now on a “good footing” and as such the involvement of the two was not required as much as it was when the firm was first set up.
He added that Williams and Woodgate were still “very much aligned” with the company and that they would be working together going forward.
In mid-morning trading on Tuesday, KR1 shares were around 9p on the NEX exchange.
