Tavistock Investments PLC (LON:TAVI) has terminated its strategic alliance with Lighthouse Group PLC (LON:LGT) with immediate effect.

The investment and wealth management group said the termination was due to the indefinite postponement of agreed marketing activities as a result of Lighthouse’s takeover by FTSE 250 firm Quilter PLC (LON:QLT).
In lunchtime trading on Thursday, Tavistock shares were down 3.3% at 3p while Lighthouse Group shares were 1.5% lower at 32.8p.
