ShareRoot Ltd (ASX:SRO) will apply its existing expertise and platform technologies to deliver digital, data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and services to the global healthcare sector.
In March 2019, Telstra'a 2017 Victorian Business Woman of the Year Michelle Gallaher took over as CEO to lead a strategic review and change for the company.
Gallaher was previously managing director and co-founder of The Social Science (TSS), a specialist social media marketing agency that was acquired by ShareRoot in April 2018.
The strategic change also saw Dr Julian Chick appointed chairman of the board earlier this month.

The company’s three main business units are Ludomade, TSS, and ShareRoot.
