Jupiter Fund Management PLC (LON:JUP) has poached its new chief financial officer from rival fund manager Schroders.
Wayne Mepham takes up his new role on 2 September and will also join the fund manager’s board and executive committee.
Mepham has worked for nine years at Schroders, where he is currently Global Head of Finance, and replaces Charlotte Jones who leaves in July to become CFO at RSA Insurance
Andrew Formica, Jupiter’s chief executive, said : “He [Mepham] has a long and successful track record in financial services and in particular, has deep experience of the asset management industry.”
