KRM22 CEO subscribes for new shares

Keith Todd subscribed for 235,295 new shares in the company at a price of 85p each, totalling £200,000

KRM22 PLC’s (LON:KRM) chief executive and chairman Keith Todd has subscribed for 235,295 new shares in the company at a price of 85p each, totalling £200,000.

The risk management software group said the subscription formed part of a fundraising announced in early April, which is aiming to raise up to £1.8mln via a share placing and subscription for new stock.

KRM added that a proposed on-market trade on behalf of Stephen Casner, chief executive USA of the company, to purchase 129,412 shares from finnCap had not yet been possible to execute and settle.

The company said Casner was continuing to explore ways to complete the investment.

In early trading on Wednesday, KRM22 shares were down 3.7% at 79p.
