Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) managing director Dr Andrew Tunks has purchased 625,000 shares in the company.
The share purchase came as a result of participation in the recent share purchase plan (SPP) offering shares priced at 1 cent each and increases Dr Tunks’ holding to 903,000 shares.

On 16 April 2019, Meteoric closed its SPP oversubscribed with applications to subscribe for $1.76 million worth of shares.
The company recently executed a share sale agreement for the acquisition of the Jurena and Novo Astro gold projects in Brazil from Crusader Resources Ltd (ASX:CAS).
