Tissue Regenix Group PLC (LON:TRX) has secured additional coverage from a US Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) for the use of DermaPure, its decellularized allograft dermis. Impax Environmental Markets PLC (LON:IEM) said 2018 was a challenging year for investors but the fundamentals underpinning the business remained strong with improving demand for its shares. The investment firm, which focuses on alternative energy, pollution control, waste management, environmental support services and sustainable food and agriculture, said its ordinary share price ended last year at a premium to net asset value (NAV) of 1.4%.

Victoria Oil & Gas PLC (LON:VOG) has announced the appointment of two Independent non-executive directors, John Daniel and John Knight, who it said “bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise to strengthen the Board”. It said from 2002 to 2018, Knight held various leadership roles and board positions at Norwegian giant Equinor, formerly known as Statoil ASA. The group added, in November 2017, Daniel founded JD Oil and Gas Consultancy Limited, an independent oil and gas consultancy, specialising in technical and commercial due diligence for upstream oil and gas transactions.
Grit Real Estate Inc (LON:GR1T) said that Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited have received communication from the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) of South Africa requesting that Ms Matshepo More be replaced as its nominee non-executive director with immediate effect. The group said a new representative will be nominated by PIC, Grit's largest shareholder with a 27.6% stake, to its board in due course.
