Iofina plc (LON:IOF), specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and halogen-based specialty chemical derivatives, said it has now finalised the debt restructure documentation with the terms detailed in its announcement on 12 February 2019. Iofina’s president and CEO, Dr. Tom Becker commented: ''This debt extension enables us to continue with our growth strategy, as we seek to take full advantage of the positive conditions in the global iodine market, and build our position as one of the industry's best operators."

The group said the 12-year lease for the aircraft MSN 55051 commenced on 29 March 2019. Avation's Executive Chairman, Jeff Chatfield, said: "This takes our overall fleet to 43 with a further 13 aircraft on order."

Stobart Group PLC (LON:STOB) has named a new financial boss with significant airlines experience as its chief financial officer with effect from 1 April 2019. Lewis Girdwood has served as chief financial officer since 2017 of IAG Cargo, which provides global cargo services to British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and other IAG owned airlines.

Regency Mines PLC (LON:RGM), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in hydrocarbons, energy storage and battery metals, announced that at its general meeting held today, all resolutions were passed and, accordingly, the company is authorised to dis-apply pre-emption rights as required. The group said this additional flexibility will enable it to meet its current and future funding obligations across its projects and investments.

The Marketing Group PLC, which trades as RYVL, will see its shares delisted from Nasdaq First North and said it intends to apply for a future listing at another suitable venue before the end of 2019. The company intends to investigate alternate arrangements to accommodate trading in the company’s shares, for example on an OTC trading platform.
