Bigblu Broadband PLC (LON:BBB) racked up more heavy losses as its rapid expansion continued.
The satellite wireless specialist offers superfast broadband to customers in regions where fibre is difficult to get.
Revenues rose 26% to £55.4mln in the year to November, while underlying profits were 46% ahead at £6.8mln, but after goodwill write-offs, impairments and other one-off charges, losses rose to £15.2mln from £10.1mln.
Total customers increased by 13% to 113k at the end of the period and Andrew Walwyn, chief executive, remains confident it will hit its target of 150,000 customers by 2020.
Some 3,000 customers net have signed up so far this year, which is above the organic growth for the past twelve months.
