The media group said under the three-year deal PALEXPO would hold one BRICKLIVE show per year until the end of 2021, with the first scheduled to take place in October 2019.
LVCG would receive an annual licence fee for the events, which would be the first BRICKLIVE shows to be held in Geneva.
PALEXPO is perhaps best known as the host centre of the prestigious Geneva Motor Show.
"We are delighted to be working with our newest partner, PALEXPO, to deliver our first BRICKLIVE Show in Geneva at the famous PALEXPO venue”, said David Ciclitira, Live Company’s executive chairman.
BRICKLIVE, which primarily focuses around the exhibition of LEGO sculptures as well as large amounts of bricks that allow visitors to build their own creations, has previously held shows in a variety of countries including China, the UK, and the US.
In early trading Friday, Live Company shares were down 2.6% at 57p.
