Block Energy Plc (LON:BLOE) has announced the completion of drilling in the West Rustavi Well 16a, which has encountered significant oil and gas shows. The company, in a statement, said that the well reached a total drilled depth of 2,659 metres, following successful horizontal sidetracking operations.

Eland Oil & Gas PLC (LON:ELA) has reported US$169.2mln of revenue, a new company record, in what is described as a “ground-breaking” year. Financial results, for the twelve months ended 31 December, saw the Nigeria focused producer make a maiden annual profit before tax at US$77.6mln.

EQTEC Plc (LON:EQT) revealed that its largest shareholder, EBIOSS Energy SE has signed an exclusive collaboration agreement with Urbaser S.A.U under which they have agreed to use to its technology for waste to energy gasification projects in Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia and potentially Romania. The AIM-listed group confirmed that, while it is not party to the agreement, it will conduct due diligence on any potential opportunities that are presented to it by the parties.

Bacanora Lithium Ltd (LON:BCN) reckons a new licence grant for its Deutsche Lithium subsidiary has the potential “significantly increase” the life of mine at its Zinnwald lithium project in Germany. Deutsche Lithium – 50%-owned by Bacanora – has been granted an additional five-year exploration licence which covers 42 square kilometres and completely surrounds Zinnwald.

Amur Minerals Corporation (LON:AMUR) announced that its directors and executive eanagement today bought 164,340 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 3.0p each as part of the Director and Executive Share Purchase Programme announced on 17 April 2018. It added that this purchase brings programme to completion.

Mkango Resources Ltd. (LON:MKA) (TSX-V:MKA) announced the exercise of warrants over 1,136,363 common shares in the company at an exercise price of 6.6p each, for an aggregate consideration of £75,000.
