Global Gaming Technologies Corp (CSE:GGAM.U) announced a share consolidation and stock ticker change on Monday.
The Vancouver-based gaming industry company has reverse-split its issued and outstanding shares on a 10:1 basis, which will make up approximately 118,748,696 shares post-consolidation.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on March 19, 2019.

The company also announced a ticker change, and its shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol GGAM.U.
Shares of Global Gaming were at C$0.025 on Monday.
