Civil engineering contractor Costain PLC (LON:COST) is changing the guard at the top Andrew Wyllie retiring after 14 years as chief executive.
Alex Vaughan, another long-serving Costain employee, is taking over as CEO having started at the building company in 1992 and most recently working as MD of the natural resources division.

Less civil engineering work generally in 2018 meant revenues fell 13% to £1.47bn, while profits dipped 4% to £40.2mln.
Orders at the end of 2018 were a record £4.2bn, with 90% of that repeat business.
The annual dividend rises by 8% to 15.15p.
