Silver City Minerals Ltd’s (ASX:SCI) substantial shareholder Gavin Wates & Upsky Equity Pty Ltd has increased its holding in the company to 6.46% from 5.04%.
Upsky Equity acquired shares worth $50,000 earlier this week through an off-market transfer to increase its interest by 1.42%.

Silver City’s key tenements are in the Broken Hill area, home to the world’s largest silver-lead-zinc ore body at the Broken Hill mining leases.
Broken Hill is over the border from iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG) shining star Olympic Dam.
The Silver City tenements include the Copper Blow project which features copper-gold mineralisation in ironstone that is part of a larger mineral system at the east of its tenure.
