Arizona Silver Exploration Inc (CVE:AZS) said that director Joseph Charland had stepped down as a director of the company with immediate effect.
In a brief statement, the firm thanked Charland for his service as a member of the company's board and wished him well in his future endeavours.

Arizona Silver is an exploration company on the hunt for the precious metal in the US state.
It owns 100% of the Ramsey Silver project and also has 100% of the Sycamore Canyon project.
Shares were unchanged in Toronto at $0.10
