Songs catalogues owner Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited (LON:SONG) has acquired a music catalogue from Grammy awards winner Giorgio Tuinfort.
Tuinfort has won the prestigious BMI Songwriter Award an unprecedented 30 times., Hipgnosis noted.

The catalogue acquired by Hipgnosis comprises 182 songs in total, including 23 number 1 songs. It includes more than 15 UK Top 10 singles with David Guetta, including six number ones. The catalogue also includes songs recorded by Gwen Stefani, Sia, Emeli Sandé, Nicki Minaj, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Rihanna, Avicii, Usher, Will.i.am, Akon and Lionel Richie.
No financial details of the acquisition were revealed.
Shares in Hipgnosis were up 0.58p at 107.84p in early deals.
