Benchmark said a court in Bangkok has ruled that Marine-Tech International in Thailand infringed upon two of its patents and that the court has ordered MTI to cease using Benchmark's technology. An unspecified amount in damages awarded in Benchmark's favour may yet be subject to appeal, the company said.
