Live Company Group Plc (LON:LVCG) said it has received confirmation that the agreement between its US joint venture and Live Nation Entertainment Inc for the exclusive promotion of BRICKLIVE events throughout North America and Canada, had been signed.
The agreement, which initially covers a show at The Star stadium in Frisco, Texas, will, if successful, allow for a minimum of two further shows to be staged annually.

David Ciclitira, executive chairman of Live Company, said that tickets for the event had already gone on sale with local promotions running throughout schools in Dallas and the local area, with statues from the firm’s BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise show and recently commissioned Dallas Cowboys statues to go on display this week to coincide with the Thanksgiving period.
The joint venture was formed in September between Live Company’s subsidiary, Parallel Live Group Limited, and US-based firm Three Six Zero, an international management, intellectual property, and tech company.
