The group’s cash balance at the end of the period totalled around £9mln, down from £10.2mln a year ago.
Totally added that post-period end Vocare had been awarded a £3.3mln contract extension for Staffordshire NHS 111 services until 31 March 2020.
Since its last results statement on 10 July, the firm said it had secured over £10mln in new business and renewed contracts.
Bob Holt, chairman of Totally, said that the Vocare acquisition had brought “significant scale and diversity” to the company, adding that the release of new integrated urgent care requirements by NHS England offered “a significant opportunity” for the group.
