Wentworth Resources PLC (LON:WEN) has resumed trading on AIM following its move of domicile to Jersey and name change.

Katherine Roe, chief financial officer, Tim Bushell, deputy chairman, and Iain McLaren, a non-executive director, have also all been appointed as board members.

Wentworth has a 32% interest in the Mnazi Bay field, which is one of the main sources of gas in Tanzania.
