Patisserie Holdings PLC (LON:CAKE) also said it would reserve its position in respect of any potential claims it may have against Marsh.

Marsh, who was arrested this month on suspicion of fraud by false representation and released on bail, has been suspended since an accounting black hole was discovered by the company.
The UK’s High Court of Justice, Business and Property dismissed a petition for a winding up of the company’s main operating unit this week.
Earlier this month, boss Luke Johnson agreed to provide loans of up to £20mln to help keep the company afloat.
The shares of the company remain suspended and an investigation into the books remains ongoing.
