Shares in Imaginatik Plc (LON:IMTK) surged after the management software provider found a nominated adviser (NOMAD) just in the nick of the time.
Every company on London’s junior AIM market needs a NOMAD, but Imaginatik shares were suspended last month when broker finnCap walked away from the IT firm. The company had a month in which to find a new one or else its shares would have been delisted.

With one day to spare, Imaginatik appointed WH Ireland, meaning its shares will not be cancelled and can return from suspension.
The software firm has also raised £160,000 at a significant discount, but that didn’t put off investors, who were just glad to see they still had somewhere to trade the stock.
Imaginatik shares were 36.3% up at 2.93p in mid-morning trade.
