Itaconix Plc (LON:ITX) has announced the appointment of existing non-executive director Jim Barber as its non-executive chairman of the company with effect from 1 December 2018.
The AIM-listed innovator in sustainable, speciality polymers, said Barber replaces executive chairman Kevin Matthews who is stepping down from the board on 21 December 2018, as was previously notified in the group’s announcement of 12 July 2018.
