Valor Resources welcomes new CEO in Dr Nicholas Lindsay

The company is developing the Berenguela Copper-Silver-Manganese Project in Peru.

Valor Resources Ltd (ASX:VAL) has confirmed that Dr Nicholas Lindsay has accepted the role as chief executive officer (CEO).

Dr Lindsay has been acting as Valor’s technical director and his role has now been expanded to CEO.

He was instrumental in the finalisation of the recent scoping study and the structuring of the immediate technical plans.

At the end of November 2018, Mark Sumner will leave the board and Brian McMaster will assume the role of chairperson.

Sumner will continue to provide consulting services to the company.

During September 2018, Valor elected to proceed with a pre-feasibility study (PFS) for the Berenguela project after receiving a positive scoping study.
