The globally significant Rhyolite Ridge Lithium Boron Project is located in the US state of Nevada and is the company’s major asset.

Shareholders are set to vote on a proposed name change to Ioneer Ltd (ASX:INR) at the annual general meeting on 31 October 2018.
The proposed new name is derived from the combination of ion and pioneer and reflects the company’s r aim to be pioneers in producing the ions for a sustainable future.
The company plans to develop Rhyolite Ridge into a profitable long-term asset to facilitate the use of lithium and boron for planet-friendly uses such as clean technologies.
