High-flying aerospace and defence engineer Meggitt PLC (LON:MGGT) has bagged a US$323mln contract with a US defence logistics agency.
The company has been awarded a five-year indefinite demand/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply wheels, brakes and related spare parts for, among other things, F-16 Falcon, H-60 Blackhawk and CH-47 Chinook aircraft.

The contract includes a further five-year option period and replaces a prior five-year IDIQ agreement that expired last month.
