Millennium & Copthorne Hotels CEO steps down after just three months

The boss of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC (LON:MLC) has stood down just three months after taking the job.

The hotel group said CEO Jennifer Fox and M&C had "mutually agreed" that she would leave the role with immediate effect.

M&C said Tan Kian Seng, its chief of staff, would take over until a permanent replacement was found.

Fox, a former executive at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels, replaced Aloysius Lee in June.

M&C did not give reasons for Fox's departure.
