Arix Bioscience Plc (LON:ARIX) investee company LogicBio Therapeutics Inc has filed with the US Securities & Exchange Commission ahead of an IPO that will see the business list on the NASDAQ exchange.
LogicBio is a specialist in genome editing that is developing drugs for rare diseases.
According to the S1 document lodged with the authorities, the group is looking to raise up to US$86.25mln via the float.
