PowerHouse Energy Group PLC (LON:PHE) has been prompted by a BBC programme reference to “plastic waste to fuels” technology to put the case for its own technology.
The BBC programme, "Inside Out," highlighted a technology that converts waste plastic back into liquid hydrocarbons and fuels - effectively returning it into the fossil fuel it once was.

Not surprisingly, Powerhouse believes its DMG technology is superior as it “will responsibly, and economically recover the energy from plastics in an environmentally sound manner rather than simply turning waste plastic into another form of greenhouse gas emissions.”
The company said it would welcome an open discussion with Friends of the Earth and the BBC regarding PowerHouse Energy’s proposals for solutions to the scourge of plastic mismanagement.
