Live Company Group Plc’s (LON:LVCG) subsidiary, Parallel Live Group Limited (PL), has signed a joint venture agreement with US-based firm Three Six Zero to promote BRICKLIVE events in North America.
Three Six Zero is a Los Angeles-based international management, intellectual property, and tech company which works with entertainment figures, tech companies, and brands across its ventures.

Media firm Live Company said the new entity, known as Parallel Three Six Zero Inc, had agreed on terms for an exclusive agreement with Live Nation Entertainment Inc. for the promotion of BRICKLIVE events throughout North America and Canada.
The agreement is initially for one show, to be held between 26-27 January 2019 at The Star in Frisco, Texas, however, the company said if successful it would allow for a minimum of two further shows to be staged.
The agreement follows the announcement of the BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise exhibition in China last week, which will begin in Beijing and is expected to tour twenty cities over the next three years.
David Ciclitira, chairman of Live Company, said he believed the venture would make the BRICKLIVE shows “one of the leading Kids brands in the USA”.
