First Graphene Ltd (ASX:FGR) has released a new range of three PureGRAPH graphene products, along with supporting product information sheets.
The range offers either 5, 10 or 20-micron particle sizes and will be readily dispersible in a range of solvent and polymer resin systems.
Variable sizes allow the range to suit: electrically conductive inks and coatings; reinforcing rubbers and carbon and glass fibre-filled composites; and fire-retardant paints, concretes and geotextiles.

First Graphene managing director Craig McGuckin said the launch of the graphene products and detailed information sheets was a significant step forward in the commercialisation of graphene.
McGuckin said: “Our customers can now be confident of the quality of the graphene products they are purchasing and assured that their product development has a reliable raw material supply to build from.
“Our competitive research has revealed that no other manufacturers have been prepared to present the detail of product information shown by FGR.”

First Graphene has worked on its production processes with several universities over the last five months to ensure it could consistently produce a suitable range of products.
Further size options are expected to be added and, due to its unique production process, the company is able to produce graphene with larger lateral sheet sizes for specific customer applications.
First Graphene reportedly is not aware of any other graphene manufacturer that can produce large sheet sizes in bulk.
Evaluation of the products is underway with First Graphene’s university and commercial partners.
Orders for several kilogram development quantities from commercial customers are already being supplied.
