Haydale Graphene Industries PLC (LON:HAYD) has appointed Keith Broadbent as group chief operating officer to take overall responsibility for global operations.
Other boardroom changes see David Banks, previously non-executive chairman, become interim executive chairman while Roger Humm is now senior independent non-executive.

Ray Gibbs, who announced in June he was standing down as chief executive, will remain on the board as President, Business Development.
Broadbent has been managing director of Haydale’s Resins, Polymers and Composites business unit for the last 12 months.
Prior to joining Haydale he ran multi-site operations at Princess Yachts International, Sunseeker, TT Electronics and most recently at Ultra Electronics.
David Banks said: “Over the last year, Keith has driven improvements in our UK operations and will now have overall responsibility for delivering on the group's operational strategy.”
