Software company Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) saw its shares soar double digits in afternoon trading following the announcement of a new deal.
The company’s cloud-based software was chosen by an unnamed procurement services provider as its website analytics solutions as it prepares to launch a new website.
The announcement sent shares of the Massachusets-based company up more than 60% to US$1.44 in Thursday afternoon trading.
“Our intuitive Insights offering provides deep insight and visibility of usage and behavior across website properties,” said Bridgeline Digital CEO Ari Kahn in the company’s press release.
Its Unbound platform combines web content management, e-commerce, marketing, social media management and web analytics.
Its client roster includes AARP, the UPS Store, Xylem Inc (NYSE:XYL) and Clean Harbors INC (NYSE:CLH).
