Avon Products Inc (NYSE:AVP) is shaking up its executive team. The beauty products company has appointed Amy Greene as its vice president of Investor relations. Greene formerly led investor relations for Herbalife Ltd (NYSE:HLF), a company with a similar direct selling model. It also named Benedetto Conversano as its new chief digital officer. Shares of the London-based company were up more than 1% to US$1.54 in Monday morning trading.

Sienna Biopharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:SNNA) shares are down following disappointing trial results of SNA-001, its topical acne treatment. The treatment was being tested in two trials, combined with 1064nm and 810 nm lasers, but neither trial showed statistically significant results. The biotech will also test the drug’s ability to reduce unwanted light-pigmented hair with results expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2018. Shares were down nearly 9% to US$14.35.

Social Reality Inc (NASDAQ:SRAX) has agreed to sell a controlling interest in SRAXmd, its healthcare and pharmaceutical digital advertising line. The digital marketing company will sell the product line to an affiliate of private equity firm Halyard Capital for up to US$52.5mln. The company operates a digital marketing and data management platform. Shares of the Los Angeles-based company were down nearly 10% to US$5.07.

Care.com Inc (NYSE:CRCM) shares are down following its second-quarter results. The online family care marketplace surpassed Wall Street estimates on earnings and revenue but its full-year guidance fell below consensus. The company also reported a net loss was around US$170,000 compared with a net income of US$1.7mln in the previous second quarter. Shares of the Massachusetts-based company were down nearly 13% to US$18.11.

The Russell 2000 small-cap index was up slightly in Monday morning trading.
