IPO Roundup: Cushman & Wakefield could raise up to US$855mln in its IPO, plans to pay down debt

The real estate giant is carrying about US$3.1bn in debt with a US$460.4mln second lien loan to repay by 2022

Thursday

Wireless speaker company Sonos Inc (NASDAQ:SONO) plans to price its shares on Thursday. The company sells wireless home sound systems, including smart speakers, wall mounts, stands and other accessories. Similar to Amazon.com Inc’s (NASDAQ:AMZN) Alexa, its speakers use voice-activated AI systems. It plans to issue nearly 14 million shares priced between US$17 and US$19, raising as much as US$263.8mln.

Cushman & Wakefield PLC (NYSE:CWK) will also price its shares this week. The real estate giant manages around 3.5 billion square feet of property and has almost as much in debt, around US$3.1bn. The offering will be used to pat down its debt and repay its second lien loan set to mature in 2022, worth about US$460.4mln. The company will issue 45 million shares priced between US$17 and US$19, raising as much as US$855mln.

Friday

Netgear (NASDAQ:NTGR) subsidiary Arlo Technologies Inc (NYSE:ARLO) will price its shares at the end of the week. The tech company sells home security products including wireless security cameras, light and subscription services. Arlo plans to issue more than 10.2 million shares, priced between US$18 and US$20. The offering could raise as much as US$204.3mln.

Next week

Vaccinex Inc (NASDAQ:VCNX) will price its shares next Thursday. The biotech researches and develops biotherapeutics for neurogenerative diseases, cancers and autoimmune diseases. Its developing treatments for Huntington’s disease and non-small cell lung cancer. The New York-based clinical-stage company will issue more than 3.3 million shares priced between US$12 and US$15, raising as much as US$49.9mln.
